What is a credit hour?
1 credit hour equals 1 minute of one strategy scanning market data, checking risk rules, and producing paper-trading decisions. Higher tiers include more hours so multiple strategies can run in parallel.
How does billing work?
Web checkout is handled by Stripe. A payment method is required to start the 30-day trial, then the selected plan bills automatically unless cancelled from Account -> Membership before renewal.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours from extension packs roll over forever. Monthly plan hours reset on each billing cycle.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Use Cancel renewal on this page or Account -> Membership. You keep access until the current period or trial ends.
Can I switch tiers?
During a trial, upgrades require the displayed trial-upgrade charge before a new trial starts, and downgrades are locked until the trial ends. After the trial, plan changes use normal billing adjustments.
